Due to our new healthy living mantra in this household, we are… Hubs is grilling more. We are novice chefs, so it’s a lot of trial and error. But one thing we found and love is this run recipe. I love it because we have used it on all kinds of meat, chicken, and pork and it has never failed in full flavor that not only is on the outside but seeps into each bite. Hubs prefers to marinate it for at least 20 minutes before grilling.
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon chili pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Tonight it’s on a pork loin, grilled with a side of seasoned red potatoes in a foil pack also on the grill.
