This is a great snack to make for everyday or a special occasion. Spiciness depends on ripeness of jalapeños and personal response meter. I find I can eat several, but my husband can only eat one and beads of sweat start to form.

Six jalapeños
One or two tubs of 12oz cream cheese
Package of center cut bacon
Oven safe pan

Start boil on oven. Ours says 500 degrees when I turn it on. Ovens may differ. The end product is cooked bacon, so however you get there- get there!

Cut of stem end and Slice jalapeño in half, length ways. Remove seeds and guts. Fill each with cream cheese. Take a slice of bacon and wrap around jalapeño and secure with toothpick. Place all bacon wrapped jalapeños in oven safe dish and place in oven. Mine typically takes about 20-25 minutes.
